All of our trainers are ABCD certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.


Jennifer Rubenkoenig

I’m Jennifer Rubenkoenig, the owner and lead Zumba instructor at Century Body. I’ve been passionate about helping those interested in living a healthy lifestyle, spending --- years as a Weight Watchers coach and eight years as a Zumba instructor. At Century Body, the goal is to live in our bodies until we are 100! Zumba is my preferred form of cardio because it makes me feel free and happy – no matter how bad a day I might have. As soon as the music starts, I forget all my worries! As an instructor, I love seeing how students move differently to songs, how they make it their own, how they smile and laugh and sweat all at once. I can’t wait to meet you! Join me on the dance floor for Zumba at 6:30 p.m. Mondays, 9:30 a.m.Wednesdays and Sundays and 8:30 a.m. Saturdays. You can also find me at STRONG by Zumba at 4:30 p.m. Sundays, 7:05 p.m. Tuesdays.
