Do I need to sign up for class in advance?
No, there is no need to pre-register for class in advance. You can speed up the process by completing a registration profile at our Wellness Living site . You can even sell yourself your first free week and/or sell yourself a class pass. Signing in advance into a class is optional. Our desk staff is always ready to help you.
How long are your classes?
Currently all of our classes are one hour long, with a warm up and cool down included. Pilates is also an hour long class.
What should I wear?
ZUMBA® Fitness classes can be high intensity so you want to wear a good sports bra (women) and workout clothes that are comfortable. Dance fitness sneakers are best for the dance floor, they can be found online, just search “dance fitness shoes.” Bring a sweat towel if you are someone that sweats a lot. We also ask that you carry in your sneakers, no street shoes on the dance floor. You are able to leave your sneakers at the studio should you choose. If you come with wet or dirty shoes we reserve the right to ask you to not join the class. This is to keep you safe and to maintain the dance floor clean.
When should I arrive for class?
We ask that all new students arrive at least 10 minutes before the posted class time. The warm up is very important. Students will be allowed to enter class up to 10 minutes after the start of class. After that it is up to the instructor/desk staff to determine entry. For Strong by Zumba® classes students will be asked to come back for the next class if they arrive after the warm up has started. Strong by Zumba® requires students to be spaced out safely on the dance floor, which is done prior to the class starting.
Am I able to change my clothes before class?
Century Body has one pretty large bathroom with a bench and hooks to change clothes. If you are going to need to change, give yourself time before the start of class.
