Zumba® Toning Mix
Century Body has been leading Zumba® Fitness/Zumba® Toning Mix classes for a few years. We LOVE how toning redfines muscles and shapes your body. Toning is a great addition to your fitness program as it increases your endurance allowing you to exercise / dance / workout for longer periods of time.
We'll review proper form for squats and lunges, safe and proper form while holding your toning sticks, how to engage your muscles while moving, you'll learn the benefits of vertical abdominal exercises, proper form for core work on the mat, and overall, how to get the most out of your toning workout as well as your regular Zumba® Fitness classes.
In the second half the crew members will each lead a few toning songs, allowing you to practice what you've learned.
Please bring toning sticks if you own any. We will have sticks avaialble to those new to toning.
