Small Group Training

Groups of 4-6 individuals work for 45 minutes to one full hour on strength training, endurance, balance and /or core work at these weekly training sessions. Trainers use a variety of equipment including resistance bands, BOSU balls, medicine balls, dumbbells and stability balls depending on that week’s workout. The trainer will modify all exercises ensuring each student is safe and experiencing the same workout, but at their own fitness level.  The motivation of the group is key to success based on student feedback.
